Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C.<br /><span style=""></span>  2. Rub flour and fat to form breadcrumbs and add a little water to make a dough. <br /><span style=""></span>  3. Roll out dough and place in flan dish. <br /><span style=""></span>  4. &lsquo;Blind bake&rsquo; for 10 mins.<br /><span style=""></span>  5. Remove from the oven. <br /><span style=""></span>  5. Turn oven temperature down to 170 degrees C.<br /><span style=""></span>  6. Add grated cheese.<br /><span style=""></span>  7. Pour on egg/milk mix.<br /><span style=""></span>  8. Decorate with slices of tomato.<br /><span style=""></span>  9.
